How do I Join?

Send a note entitled "join" or anything similar.
You must watch the club.


I have watched the club, why am I not a Member?

Watching the club does not automatically make you a member.
You must note us so that I can keep track of members.


I have noted and watched the club and I am not a Member. Why not?

Click HERE to note the club and I will resolve the problem.

<sub>Note: I reply to every note requesting to join to confirm that you are now a member; however, I do check that you already watch the club or I remind you to do so. If you do not, I will not send you a reminder of any sort after my reply to your note.

As a member, you must watch the club.
No flaming or any non-constructive criticism of other members artwork.
Do not favourite club submissions. I will note you.

How do I submit Art?

Send the club a note entitled "submission" and include a link.
If desired I will add a watermark to the image with your deviantART username.


What are the rules for submitted Artwork?

You must be a member to submit.
No 18+ mature content art may be submitted.
Yaoi/Yuri/Shonen-Ai/Shoujo-Ai is accepted; porn/hentai is not.
If your deviation is removed from your gallery, please inform us.
No Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE fan art.

What are the Rules?

You must be a member to take part.
Entries must be a new piece of art. They will not be accepted otherwise.
The work must be entirely your own; no tracings, colourings or bases allowed (unless significantly changed).
Unless said otherwise in contest description, only one entry per person.


What am I allowed to Submit?

Yaoi/Yuri/Shonen-Ai/Shoujo-Ai is accepted; porn/hentai is not.
OC's are allowed as long as there is one character from the series in the art.


What am I not allowed to Submit?

No 18+ mature content art.
No Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE fan art.


Are collaborations Allowed?

If both deviants are members, yes. However it is unlikely that the both of you will receive the full prize. I realise that this could discourage some but I simply do cannot afford too many subscriptions and I don’t have the time for too many requests.

1st Prize - One member receives the 3 month subscription while the other recieves the request OR both members receive a 1 month subscription and a request with a maximum of two characters.
2nd Prize and 3rd Prize - One member will receive a subscription while the other receives the request.


How to I Enter?

Send a note to the club with the title "contest entry" (for example) and include a link to your entry/entries.
Any links given in any journal or on the main page will be ignored.

_{Note: Entries will automatically be submitted into the club gallery after the contest is over. If you note the club and include a link to artwork, you are giving your consent that we may submit the image.}


Should I include any club Information?

It is not a requirement to mention the club or the contest in your entries comment but it would be appreciated.


Is there anything else I should Know?

You must note the club if you have changed the file in your entry or wish to submit another piece instead.
Contest entries will only be submitted after the said contest is finished.
